TUBERCULOSIS (TB) PHYSICIAN

Halawa – Kalihi, Oahu

$7,000/mo. to $9,000/mo.

(inc. shortage differential)

 

Works in conjunction w/ other staff TB physicians & reports to the TB Control Program Manager.  Renders medical & consultation services in the diagnosis & treatment of active TB disease & latent TB infection & diagnosis of abnormalities seen in clinic & survey x-rays; consults w/ private physicians & patients regarding results of chest exams; assists private physicians in management of TB & suspected TB under his/her care; interprets survey chest x-rays; and performs other duties as required.

 

License to practice medicine or osteopathy in Hawaii; and 2 yrs. physician exp. in the diagnosis & treatment of TB or other pulmonary diseases.  Appropriate substitutions allowed.

CD/TB CONTROL PROGRAM MANAGER

 

Snohomish Health District is seeking a full-time Communicable Disease/Tuberculosis Control Program Manager who will have multiple responsibilities in the areas of personnel, fiscal, contract, and program management. Salary $5101-7535 per month with benefits. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to healthcare and four years experience in a health field. A Master’s Degree in public health, business administration, public administration, or a related field and a history of progressive management responsibilities with at least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
