About the Speaker:
Karen Smith, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Karen Smith is the Public Health Officer for Napa County Public Health. Prior to this position, she was the TB Controller for Santa Clara County. She has a long history with the California TB Controllers Association, including serving a term as the organization's president.
