TB & HIV: An Online Course for Clinicians

Getting Started

Welcome to a continuing medical education course about TB and HIV. This online course is divided into the following categories so you can access it in any sequence of your choice.

Please assist us in the design and development of future on-line courses by visiting the Course Evaluation and completing that section when you are through with this course.

    A list of learning outcomes that you can expect to achieve by the end of the course.

    Please read these materials that provide the background for the review cases and case study.


  • Review Cases
    You are presented with a series of short questions and answers that reinforce the course text and prepare you for the case study.


  • Case Study
    A longer exercise that walks you through an entire case, based on a real-life patient. At various stages in the case, you will be asked to make diagnostic and treatment decisions.


  • Additional Resources
    Include a list of links to other web sites, a glossary, a bibliography, and faculty biographies.


  • Course Evaluation
